Voucher Booking Information

If you’ve scheduled a Voucher appointment with our team and have been advised to pay your $50 Deposit Fee or $50 Consultation Booking Fee, please follow these steps:

  1. Select Required Concern: Choose your appropriate concern (voucher deposit or consultation booking) during checkout to secure your booking.
  2. Fee Application: The $50 deposit or $50 consultation booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment if you consent to proceed with a treatment after your consultation. If you choose not to go ahead, the fee will be refunded.
  3. Refund Policy: Rest assured that deposit or booking fees are fully refundable if our team determines that the treatment is unsuitable for your concern or circumstances during the consultation process. 
  4. Voucher Validity: Voucher is valid for 14 Days to book consultation. Treatment is to be performed within 2 months from date of consultation or an additional consultation may be required. One voucher per concern area, per client.

Cosmetic Aesthetic Treatment Information

  1. Cosmetic Aesthetic Treatment Consultation: During your cosmetic aesthetic consultation, our medical practitioner will listen to your concerns and address any questions you may have about your problem area. It’s an opportunity to alleviate fears or apprehensions before proceeding with any treatment. They’ll inquire about any previous aesthetic procedures you’ve had, understand your treatment expectations, and take a full medical history to ensure your suitability for the treatment. Afterward, they’ll outline treatment options, including pros, cons, expected results, and costs. Feel free to ask any questions you need to make an informed choice.     
  2. Dosage Determination: When it comes to cosmetic aesthetic treatments, your suitable dosage will be assessed and determined based on your unique situation during your consultation with our medical team. You will be advised of the recommended dosage for your circumstances and this dosage is included in the cost of the selected voucher cost.
